US Arab Chamber of Commerce Stamp Issued for Medtronic Diabetes

Washington D.C.: On Thursday, October 7, 2021, the US Arab Chamber of Commerce (USACC) received a business document issued by Medtronic Diabetes.
Varina Philavong of Medtronic Diabetes requested the USACC to issue a certification stamp for a business document.
The business document was notarized by Ahmad Miski on 10/4/2021, acting in the capacity of notary public in the state of Maryland , whose commission will expire on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Whereas USACC reviewed and confirmed the said above document, USACC issued and affixed stamp certification 2676344, signed by Deborah Campbell.
