The USACC affixes the chamber’s stamp on Certificate of Origin C/ O destined for use in the Arab countries. The cost is $35.00 per stamp and you will receive the stamped document on the next business day.
We can accept CO as PDF for some Arab Countries. Click here for more details.
A Certificate of Origin must be signed by a company agent and notarized by local notary public before requesting the chamber’s services.
The US Arab Chamber of Commerce also provides expedited embassy legalization services for Certificate of Origin destined for use in the Arab countries.
A Certificate of Origin( CoO, COO, or C/O) is a certification used in international export shipments to specify the origin of the exported goods along with other product-related information such as exporter and importer contact information, country of origin, destination country, transportation, packaging details, description and quantity of the exported products. The CO may be completed as an electronic form or by hand. It must be signed by a corporate agent, notarized by local notary public, authenticated by the US Department of State, Stamped by the US Arab Chamber of Commerce and finally legalized by the embassy of the destination country in Washington DC.

The US Arab Chamber of Commerce charges $35.00 per stamp. The fee can be paid by company check, or money order. For convenience, when it is difficult to include payment, USACC allows billing option.A request for billing must be included with the document and must only be sent by regular mail, Priority USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Our new computerized system automatically e-mails customers when their package is received, and again when their completed documents are shipped back.
